The mikroSD PROTO Board features a microSD card slot for small-dimension removable flash memory. mikroSD cards are commonly used in mobile, handheld devices, portable media players and other devices that require mass data storage and small dimensions. These cards are the smallest memory cards available on the market. They are about four times smaller than SD cards.
Examples provided with this board will show you how to connect microSD cards to MCUs easily. Each example contains a detailed description of the relevant program including comments. All these examples can be downloaded from this page as well.
